“Circle Secretary had a meeeting with GM finance and following points were discussed.
1. GM(F) has not agreed for 30% fitment benifit to DRJTOs appointed after 01.01.2007, so we are going to hold a meeting with our hon'ble CGMT, after our circle body meeting agenda would be finalized for CGMT meeting.
2. All the members having date of increament before 01-01-07 have to submit the pay anomalies cases individually through proper cannel and send a copy to web secretary for pursuing the case at circle level by Circle body.
3. When we had discussion along with DGM(F) regarding EPF pension fund, he told that he was informed by EPF officials that more than Rs. 541 will not be contributed in pension fund so we have decided to meet EPF commissioner in near future. "

“It is learnt that some associations are also protesting against the transfer on "Choose and Pick" basis. We are fully agree with them that transfer should be strictly as per the justified transfer policy. Firstly, all the 119 SDEs who have already been transferred must be relieved immediately and other transfer to the hard station and to any other circles to accommodate the request of the executives must be on the longest stay basis only. All the spouse cases and rule-8 cases must be immediately considered by displacing the executives on the longest stay basis who have already completed their tenure, to justify the transfer policy. Immediate investigation should be initiated against unwarranted modification of transfer policy and "Choose and Pick" policy.
MOST URGENT: Although we have full faith on our Honorable CMD and other management for implementation of complete PSU structure and at par career progression for the direct recruitee and qualified executives. Now, the time is turning around so we should wait for some time but not ideally. During this period, we should in-house ourself strongly to combat any situation.
