Willingness for Operation Sacrifice team at Gujarat Level
“Operation Sacrifice” As we know dear comrades, it is a loud and a final call for a nation wide protest at Delhi by our brave and saviour GS R. P. Sahu. It is last Bus which we can’t miss.
Scores of our deepest concerns like Career Progression, Post redefinition, transfer polices (Hard tenure policies), ITS absorption, EPF issues are bluntly and scathingly turned down by the Management. Again and again new polices are made and existing ones are modified to our disadvantage. Many of these having profound negative impact on our career, lives and our identity, in spite of our hard work, technical abilities, loyalty and dedication.
Polices and Strategies of our management will soon throw us into technical obsolesce, stagnating our career growth. Much sooner than our expectation due to rapid technological developments. Today if we fail to stand up to the situation its not far that we land up being total failures in our lives.
We AIGETOA-Gujarat is a strong force of over 600 members, we have to display our unity and strength putting our 100 % faith and commitment to our GS R.P Sahu and President Shilohu Rao. They are devotedly fighting for each one us living behind all their personal interests and family. They are planning this event since 80 days working full time day and night for its success and for our lives. So its responsibility, a bare minimum courtesy of each one of us to be present in Delhi 18th August onwards. WE CAN AND WE WILL.
To intensify activities of “Operation Sacrifice” in Gujarat Circle it is decided to form six dedicated and focused teams to monitoring all activities related to “Operation Sacrifice” to ensure full strength support of Gujarat circle. Those who are willing to work dedicatedly to success “Operation Sacrifice” are requested to send their willingness to web-secretary, Gujarat circle, Sri J.P.Mahor via email (mohr@rediffmail.com)

Meeting with Hon'ble CGM Gujarat circle
“Meeting of Members was called by our CS Ramanand Paswan on last Sunday the 17th of May for discussion and subsequent course of action on two main issues inter circle transfers and 2005 batch pay anomaly.
There was a dismal attendance of members, though all affected was duely and timely informed. Much tougher and drastic steps could have planned if it would have been other wise. It was decided though to meet Hon'ble CGM for discussion on the above issues.
By good amount of deliberation and insistence by our CS Ramanand Paswan and CP Yadav appointment for meeting was granted with Hon'ble CGM in such a short notice and the meeting last for about 45 Min.
On 2005 batch pay anomaly CGM asked for detailed representation of discrepancies so that case can be referred to corporate office.. Legalities and practicalities for easy solution to the problem were extensively discussed.
On Inter Circle issue CGM assured that all cases would be cleared within a span of a year latest by the induction of up coming recruitment. This point was repeatedly stressed by our CS. "

“Medical reimbursement of Shri. C. P. Nawal is not settled for last four years inspite of continuous efforts by him. This shows How employee is being cared in BSNL. AIGETOA Gujarat will be taking up all such cases with CGM office. "

Pursuation of refund of EPF recovery
“Regarding refund of recovery of EPF, order issued by EPFO, Delhi.Based on this letter Mehsana SSA pursuaed matter with local EPF authority and in turn local EPF authority in Mehsana has issued letter to GMTD Mehsana for refund of EPF recovery. All other SSAs are requested to pursue the matter with their local EPF authority for early resolution of the matter. Circle body is also pursuing EPF related problems with central EPF office at Ahemedabd. "

Mass protest against harassment of Circle Secretary AIGETOA MH circle
“All the District Secretaries are requested to serve the notice to the SSA Heads in the attached format by tomorrow evening and start the movement and campaigning up to the last individual to make this agitation as eye opening to the BSNL management. Let this management to know that now we are not in the position to bear further harassment.
It is learnt that we have been named as militant in the last HOCC meeting in the corporate office but it is very known that militant are not born by birth. Unabsorbed and corrupt ITS officers who are enjoying all the power and illegal facilities without any belongingness to the company and neutral BSNL management made us to reach at this stage to save our beloved organization.

Now or Never
“ Our circle body is in continuous persuasion with the administration. It is seen that management is least concerned about our genuine demands of AIGETOA. We met our Honorable CGM on dtd. 28.02.09 and discussed the various issue of DR JTO like EPF, Inter-circle transfer issue, reporting of DR-JTOs directly to DE and the provisional fitment for 2005 batch but till date results are not as per expectation.
1. Inter-circle transfer issue :Inter circle transfer @10% of batch strength like this only 15-20 official can be transferred
2. EPF Issue : Only upto 2004-2005 epf statement submitted to epf
3. DR-JTOs Reporting officer: Only few SSA has implemented the order till date.
4. Fitment for 2005 batch . Denied by Circle office(Finance) wing .
Considering above progress by administration please be alert. Time has come to enhance our efforts so that appropriate results can be achieved.
As our GS Shri Sahu says "Customer care can not be achieved till proper employee care is implemented in terms of better HR policy, inter circle transfer, EPF etc.".
Dear friends, time has to come to act unitedly and furiously on a single platform. For this our CS, Sri Ramanand Paswan has called for a meeting at Ahmedabad on 17 May 09, Sunday to decide future course of actions. All AIGETOA members are requested to make sure their presence to witness the event, give your best (for betterment of yourself and others) and also become an active member in building up agenda of final battle for inter circle transfer, EPF and other problems. We are here from last 7 to 8 years, how many years more we have to wait and we have to live away from our families.
Famous proverb is there that "Dissatisfied employees lead organization nowhere". That's true. If our problems related to payscale anomalies, EPF, transfers, promotions etc. not solved intime then How person can concentrate on daily works. Poor or at all No HR policy in BSNL is root cause of all problems.
Time has come to act and show our unity and strength to the management. If not today then Never.
Few reasons why I am in BSNL.
I believe in Bhagvat Geeta "Karma karo , fal ki assa mat rakho".
I want promotion after 10 years or more .
I want time bound promotion after time expires.
I want transfer on promotion to J & K and Hard tenure stations irrespective of performance.
I want posting in rural place irrespective of my qualification, performance, abilities and competitiveness.
I don't want appreciation for good work done by me.
I love to work on holidays without any benefit.
I want to have disturbed family life.
I don't want to spend time with my family
I have already enjoyed my life in childhood.
I can't live without tension, big delay in work executions, improper policies.
